Pacific Silk Plants has been such a great asset to our Design business. The entire staff of women there including Laura are so helpful and kind. Every arrangement that we have had made comes out looking amazing. They are willing to work around budget, and customer guidelines and our vision for the design. They have a great eye for design as well and excellent customer service. Their attention to detail shows itself in their finished product. We feel so lucky to have found them. We won't go anywhere else!

If you want silk orchid and succulents that look so realistic they can fool you go to Pacific Silk Plants. The design and quality is far above anything else you will find. Every one who works is very helpful and knowledgeable and will create a beautiful design. Great place to go.

I've been to the store several times and have ALWAYS received excellent service, whether I purchased something or not! The lady that gave them a bad review is completely off the mark and has given several businesses (4 out of 8 businesses received one-star reviews). Not sure if anyone can make her happy! As for this particular business, 5 STARS!

A friend recommended Pacific Silk Plants, they had 3 arrangements done and looked great. I went in the shop and was greeted immediately. After looking around, and taken in their back room to see additional vases/bowls, I had decided to use one of my own pieces as the vessel. The owner (Laura) helped me pick out plants and gave me an estimate. A few days later, I picked up my plant. They stayed within budget and the arrangement looks fantastic, very life-like. They were friendly, helpful and I would have no issue with recommending them.

They could not do enough to make sure my order was to my specifications!!! Having had my own work published in Architectural Digest, it's always been challenging to find someone to meet my expectations. Pacific Silk Plants EXCEEDED my expectations!!!!! What a treat!!! Quality again was AMAZING!!!! I ordered a 9ft Fig Tree. UNBELIEVABLE!!! They found the PERFECT container, delivered it and even made suggestions to move a few things around to enhance the balance in the room. The owner has absolutely flawless taste. I was beyond impressed. I was also amazed at the body of work that comes out of this small shop!!! If you appreciate quality products and craftsmanship as well as personalized service you will LOVE Pacific Silk Plants!!!
